Healthy Pumpkin Spice Coffee

It's that time of year again folks...and no I'm not talking about the return of Fashion Week (although I have been loving every minute of it). I'm talking about the return of pumpkin spice! I have always been a huge fan of pumpkin season, since before it was basic to love it. Up until last year, I would get very, very excited to head on over to my closest Starbucks and order their famous PSL. I have since then realized just how much sugar and other terrible ingredients are in Starbucks' PSL. It is quite sickening that so many, including myself at one point, do not think twice about what exactly was in the beverage. For a full list as to what is in the PSL, click here.

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brew coffee accordingly.
  2. Combine coffee and ingredients in a high speed blender to combine. (I've used a hand blender and it works just as well!)
  3. Pour into your favorite fall mug and enjoy! :)
