The Dapper-est Place on Earth!
Ahh Dapper Day... the day that fans dress up in their "Sunday best" and step out in style to the Disney parks to share a mutual adoration for timeless fashion pieces. For those of you who may not be familiar with Dapper Day, it actually happens two times a year - once in the Spring and once in the Fall and it takes place at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disneyland Paris.This event started in 2011 with only a hundred or so guests dressed for the occasion. Luckily, with the help from social media, this event has grown each year and even makes news headline!
Being a procrastinator (and not knowing whether or not I'd be able to attend because of my work schedule) I waited until like three days before I finally scrambled through my closet and put an outfit together. It ended up being inspired by the iconic Mouseketeers (fun fact: Annette Funicello is one of my role models). And not to sound too proud or anything, but the ensemble actually came out quite nice! Definitely nothing compared to some of the other ensembles we saw - it's amazing to see just how creative some people are!

Having only gone to two other Dapper Days prior to this years, I was determined to get some super cute photos with Paul. Luckily, my sister met us at Disneyland and was able to take some photos of Paul and I (I don't think I will ever get over these photos to be honest).
Disneyland has been awesome about having super cute photo-op frames so when Paul and I saw on Instagram that some people had taken pictures with these vintage inspired frames, we decided to walk all around the park until we found a CM with them!
Another super special part of this day was seeing Snow White and the Evil Queen together taking pictures. For those of you who may not know, Snow White is my all time favorite Disney princess and while I have photos with both of these two separately, I've never seen them together so this was truly very special for me!
All in all, it was truly a perfect day to get all gussied up and stroll through the park. Looking through all these photos again definitely has me excited for the Fall Dapper Day (November 5)!
