Anti-Inflammatory Banana, Ginger, Turmeric Smoothie

Hi all!

My first smoothie recipe is coming at ya! This was actually my first time making this smoothie and it came out so delicious that I had to share! Using powerful, anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, turmeric and cinnamon and adding a few of adaptogens, this smoothie will definitely leave you feeling energized and ready for the day!


Anti-Inflammatory Banana, Ginger, Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana
  • Handful of organic frozen cauliflower
  • Handful of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Forager cashew milk (or your favorite dairy free milk)
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseeds 
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp. tocos
  • Generous shakes of cacao powder, turmeric, ginger & ground cinnamon
  • Spoonful of organic peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend on high for about 2-3 minutes or until everything is blended together.
  2. Top it off with coconut flakes and cacao nibs, or your favorite smoothie toppings.
  3. Enjoy! :)
